CASE STUDY Fawri Fix

On-demand home services,
from booking to done.

Fawri Fix offers on-demand home maintenance — electrical, plumbing, gypsum, and handyman work. Finxa built the entire platform: a bilingual, installable web app where customers book services and an admin panel where the team runs the operation.

The situation

Home services businesses live and die by responsiveness. Requests come at all hours, in two languages, and every missed message is a lost job. Running that on phone calls and chat threads caps how far the business can grow.

Fawri Fix needed a real platform: customers should browse services, book a visit, and track their request — and the team should manage services, orders, and statuses from one panel.

What we built

  • Bilingual customer experience

Arabic-first with RTL layout and a one-tap switch to English — the whole experience, not just translated labels.

  • Installable PWA

Works like an app: installable on the home screen, offline app shell, fast on any phone — with no app-store friction.

  • Booking & customer accounts

Customers register, book services, and track their order status; payment happens after the job, matching how the business actually works.

  • Full admin panel

The team manages services (with image uploads, auto-optimized), confirms requests, and moves orders through statuses — a dashboard built for daily operations.

Where it landed

Fawri Fix runs its whole flow — from a customer discovering a service to the team closing the job — on one system, in both of its customers’ languages.

The pay-after-service model, service catalogue, and order flow are all encoded the way the business really operates, not forced into a marketplace template.
