CASE STUDY Cap On
The commerce stack behind
a growing retail brand.
Cap On is a Bahraini caps and headwear brand. Behind the storefront, Finxa runs the operational software: live order tracking for customers, automated supplier synchronization, reviews, and checkout infrastructure.
The situation
A retail brand that grows starts drowning in the space between "customer placed an order" and "customer is wearing the cap." Where is the order? Did the supplier ship it? Who answers the customer asking for an update at 11pm?
Cap On needed that middle layer to run itself — so the team could focus on product and brand instead of copy-pasting tracking numbers into chats.
What we built
- Live order tracking portal
A customer-facing tracking experience: enter an order, see exactly where it is — from confirmation through fulfilment to delivery — without messaging the brand.
- Automated supplier & fulfilment sync
Background services keep orders, statuses, and inventory synchronized with fulfilment partners around the clock, with daily reconciliation jobs — no manual re-entry.
- Reviews platform
Automated post-purchase review collection that builds social proof for the brand.
- Checkout & API infrastructure
Dedicated checkout and API services supporting the storefront and the operational tools behind it.
Where it landed
The result is a brand that answers "where is my order?" automatically, keeps its stock and statuses in sync with suppliers without human copy-paste, and collects reviews while the team sleeps.
Finxa continues to run and evolve this stack in production — monitoring, maintaining, and extending it as Cap On grows.
